Deana Ayala – BSN, RN
CEO & Founder
Deana entered nursing school knowing she would one day use her license in a non-traditional way, guided by her leadership background and entrepreneurial spirit. Having grown up around plastic surgery through her mother’s work, and later gaining first hand experience assisting several plastic surgeons, Deana developed a deep appreciation for the field. It wasn’t until she sent a patient home alone for the first time that she realized where she wanted to make her mark at the intersection of plastic surgery and patient recovery support.
As demand for her specialized post-operative care services grew, Deana found herself overwhelmed by the number of patients seeking her expertise. Recognizing the need for support, she partnered with Marissa, a fellow nurse equally passionate and knowledgeable about plastic surgery. Sharing Deana’s grit, drive, and dedication to patient care, Marissa became the perfect collaborator in building the vision.
As CEO, and still providing care herself, Deana’s role is to connect with patients worldwide, provide a luxury experience, and ensure their needs are met throughout the recovery process. She remains actively involved in patient care to stay current in the field, leading her team by example and maintaining the highest standards of excellence and compassion.
Marissa Percivalle – MSN, FNCP-BC, RN
COO & Co-Owner
Marissa was introduced to the world of surgery at a young age through her uncle, Dr. Richard Bensimon, a world-renowned plastic surgeon. Her aunt, Andrea Bensimon, an experienced registered nurse in the plastic surgery industry, further inspired Marissa’s pursuit of a nursing career. During her training, Marissa interned at the Bensimon Center in Portland, Oregon, where she gained hands-on experience as part of a surgical team across a variety of plastic surgery procedures. After graduation, she began her career in the emergency department at a Level I trauma center, where she developed strong critical care skills and a deep understanding of patient care in high-pressure environments.
Marissa and Deana first met as freshmen on their college dance team, quickly forming a close friendship. They bonded over their shared passion for health, fitness, and entrepreneurship—often taking on small side projects to earn extra income as college students. After graduation, the two stayed connected while pursuing careers in travel nursing, frequently exchanging workout tips and sharing their professional experiences. It was during this time that Deana had the idea to expand their nursing expertise into postoperative patient care. Recognizing Marissa’s extensive background in plastic surgery, she knew she would be the perfect partner to bring this vision to life.
