I graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Before nursing took over my class schedule, I had a minor in business! I always knew at some point in my life, I would figure out a way to merge both my passions of caring for patients and being a leader. It took a few trial and errors until I began working in plastic surgery and realized how much of a need there is for private nursing care after surgery. I have the utmost respect for anyone looking to better themselves through plastic surgery as we all deserve to look and feel our absolute best in this one life we have to live! Caring for my patients and spreading the opportunity to other nurses seeking a unique way to utilize their licenses is a dream come true for me. I have high hopes for Radiant and look forward to seeing where we go!

Marissa Percivalle RN -Business Partner, COO
Marissa has been in the plastic surgery world since the age of 16. While in nursing school she worked in the OR, PACU, and office of world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Bensimon who also happens to be her uncle. Her background in nursing includes Yale’s burn center and the Emergency Department of a level one trauma center. Deana and Marissa have been friends since nursing school. Their friendship blossomed into a motivated entrepreneurial journey. Rest assured while in the care of this well-rounded and determined individual, you are in very capable and caring hands.
Christi Tavares (Resource Manager)
Christi is responsible for managing and overseeing all employees and ensuring they have been onboarded successfully. Additionally, she handles tasks that include creating marketing content for the company.
Svenja (Administrator)
Svenja is responsible for overseeing various tasks related to planning and coordinating nurse assignments and patient care.
