Many of our clients are traveling for their procedure, or have many responsibilities that require the need for a fast recovery. Our services include private nursing care, supply coordination, recovery IVs, a healing meal plan, and post-surgical mobility classes that will take your healing journey to the next level! Deana Kosmalski RN - Founder, CEO
I graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Before nursing took over my class schedule, I had a minor in business! I always knew at some point in my life, I would figure out a way to merge both my passions of caring for patients and being a leader. It took a few trial and errors until I began working in plastic surgery and realized how much of a need there is for private nursing care after surgery. I have the utmost respect for anyone looking to better themselves through plastic surgery as we all deserve to look and feel our absolute best in this one life we have to live! Caring for my patients and spreading the opportunity to other nurses seeking a unique way to utilize their licenses is a dream come true for me. I have high hopes for Radiant and look forward to seeing where we go!
Marissa Percivalle RN - Co-Owner and COO
Marissa has been in the plastic surgery world since the age of 16. While in nursing school she worked in the hospital and in the office of world-renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Richard Bensimon who also happens to be her uncle! Her background in nursing includes Yale’s Burn Center and the Emergency Department of a Level 1 Trauma Center. Deana and Marissa have been friends since nursing school. Their friendship blossomed into a motivated entrepreneurial journey. When the two first got started in post-operative world, they realized each procedure required proper training and specific care. That is when they decided they wanted to train a team of highly caring, knowledgeable, and professional nurses. Rest assured while in the care of this well-rounded and determined individual, you are in very capable and caring hands.
Deana and Marissa, RN
Deana and Marissa met during their years of nursing school at Sacred Heart University. They bonded over their “hustle hard” mindset and worked together on a few jobs in college. Years later, after both establishing their careers as successful Registered Nurses, Deana and Marissa found each other once again. Deana shared with Marissa how she started to put herself out there as a Private Duty Nurse caring for patients after plastic surgery. Marissa, having a background in plastic surgery, fully supported this new venture. As time went on, what was supposed to be a “side job” for Deana, had started to flourish into something much more than that. Deana knew she wasn’t going to be able to continue alone, and knew the perfect person to share the opportunity with. Marissa eagerly jumped into what is now Radiant Recovery & Wellness. Their ability to work together and their identical values to provide compassionate, luxury care to their clients is what makes this partnership bullet-proof. Deana and Marissa are living their dream as entrepreneurs and will always seek ways to make Radiant the best in the industry.
Christi Tavares (Resource Manager)
Christi is responsible for managing and overseeing all employees and ensuring they have been onboarded successfully. Additionally, she handles tasks that include creating marketing content for the company.
Svenja Barbar (Administrator)
Svenja is responsible for overseeing various tasks related to planning and coordinating nurse assignments and patient care.

What it takes to join our team
We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of nursing experience, specifically in ICU settings, including Post-Op, OR, PACU, PICU, or MICU.
Any ICU experience is highly preferred.
ER experience is also acceptable.
